By accessing and using Modern Home Works services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Modern Home Works provides home renovation, remodeling, and management services. We reserve the right to refuse service if project requirements are unsafe or illegal.
All quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon project completion unless a financing plan has been agreed upon.
We offer warranties ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the package. Warranties do not cover damages caused by natural disasters or improper maintenance by the homeowner.
Modern Home Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
